Customer pickup
Customers can pickup their goods from our office once order has been processed and informed by us that it is ready for pickup. Pickups are only available during our business hours.
Courier services
Shipping and freight charges will be calculated and confirmed by our sales staff after your order has been placed. The freight charge is calculated base on weight, dimensions, and distance.
- Weight: Maximum of 25kg per parcel limitation applies.
- Dimensions: Items no longer than 2.2 meters
- Distance: Distance is determined by the distance between our company and the location of customer's, as well as one of our partner stores located in the area where it is closer to you (including states other than WA). Your goods can also be shipped from there to save time on delivery and save cost on freight charge.
Most economical shipping will be used unless specially requested by customer due to time arrangement or other reasons requsted by customer.
